I've had the GOLEAN crunch & I must say it is quite tasty! I've actually used it as a coating on boneless/skinless chicken breasts. (a healthier version of breaded chicken) Add some garlic powder & season salt & you'll be amazed how yummy your baked chicken turns out. It's also very good sprinkled on some low-fat yogurt.
